Electronic Document Technician

The role involves the creation and maintenance of electronic manuals. The ideal person will be educated to degree level or have related commercial experience. Good word-processing skills are a minimum as well as a good command of the English language. You will be familiar with the use of e-mail, the Internet and Windows. You will also have strong organisational skills as well as an ability to follow instructions accurately and work to deadlines.

37.5 hour week. Salary range £18K to £20K depending upon experience.

Administrator

This role involves general administrative duties, including reception duties, liaising with customers and suppliers, preparing quotes, orders and invoices and other routine data processing. Good computer skills are essential, including experience of e-mail, spreadsheets and word-processors. You will be customer-focussed and willing to learn. There is scope in this role to develop other technical skills.

37.5 hour week (although would also suit part-time). Salary 16K.
