Vistair takes bigger office as demand for services soars
June 11
Office move required as part of airline safety management company‘s ambitious growth plans
Vistair, the leading airline safety software provider, has moved into new office space to accommodate ambitious growth plans which could it double in size over the next four years.
By signing the lease for the refurbished 4,600 sq ft first floor of Broadway House at Almondsbury Business Centre, Bristol, Vistair has trebled the amount of office space it used at its previous location as it seeks to double staff numbers to match increasing demand for its cloud-based airline management safety systems.
The lease-signing follows an announcement that Vistair, headed by managing director Ian Herbert, has won a contract to provide its web-based safety management systems to easyJet, the UK‘s largest airline.
As well as easyJet Vistair‘s impressive client portfolio contains more of the airline industry‘s leading names, including Emirates, BMI, Thomas Cook and Flydubai.
Vistair‘s market-leading software is based on the premise that anyone who can navigate their way around e-commerce websites, like Amazon, or social networking sites like Facebook will instantly be able to use its products.
Ian Herbert said: “The last 12 months have been incredibly busy for us as airlines across the world seek to bolster their safety compliance which is key to their own financial success.
“During that time we‘ve seen demand for our web-based safety management systems soar resulting in us recruiting more people to meet that demand.
“As a result our old office was at full capacity and we were still winning significant new business contracts, such as the recent easyJet one, so the time was right for us to expand the operation further to match our growth ambition which is to double the size of the business inside four years.”
